Our Process
All surfaces to be painted will be pressure washed.
All loose boards and popped nails will be re-secured.
All surfaces will be thoroughly scraped and sanded where any evidence of peeling exists.
Primer will be applied to all bare wood and/or raw surfaces.
High-quality, siliconized acrylic caulk will be applied where joints and cracks exist.
Significantly recessed nail heads will be filled.
All surfaces not to receive paint or stain will be completely protected.

OUR EXTERIOR PAINTING PROCESS
As a family-owned and operated company in Colorado, we are well-aware of the harsh weather we experience here. With that being said, we've developed a processes and found the materials the stand up to our challenging climate. Here’s what you can expect when you hire our professional exterior painting company:
Step 1: Request An Estimate
Fill out a simple form (or give us a call) letting us know your painting needs and timeline. Any photos you have may also be helpful.
Step 2: We Will Contact You to Set Up A Time to Meet with You
We will meet with you to provide a free, accurate estimate of your painting project. We will set aside enough time to talk through your budget, timeline, and project details.
Step 3: Scheduling Your Project
Once we finalize the details of your project and you approve our estimate. We will schedule the work to begin. Our lead time to begin projects is normally 4-6 weeks.
Step 4: Preparation and Painting Time
When your project begins, our expert painters will come to your home and do a thorough preparation of the exterior of your home. This includes scraping, sanding, caulking, priming and masking. We understand that exterior painting can create temporary disruptions to the home environment, and we do everything possible to minimize the impact on you and your family. Maintaining a clean and organized working environment is a critical component of our approach to exterior projects. After preparation, we will paint your home using the best techniques in the industry.
Step 5: Completion Of Painting Project
Upon completion, we will clean up and try to leave your home and yard as we found it. A project manager or crew leader on the paint team will meet with you to do the final walk-through and complete all touch ups. We will ask for payment upon completion of the work. The payment can either be given to the project manager or paid electronically.

Residential Exterior Warranty Information
Warranties may differ from project to project, depending on the type substrate being painted. The warranty information listed below is general and may not apply to all homes.
The term of the exterior warranty is five years when using Sherwin Williams Super Paint and seven years when using Sherwin Williams Duration. These same warranties can be offered when using products from other suppliers. More information can be provided regarding other suppliers upon request.
Should failure during the warranty period, we will return to correct the problem areas free of charge. This includes peeling, flaking and/or cracking of painted surfaces.
Items excluded from warranty include: damage due to water penetration, damage due to hail impact, fading (as fading is highly dependent on color choice), large horizontal surfaces where water can pool, walking surfaces, fences and decks.
Stained homes (whether solid or transparent) or homes sided with real wood, such as cedar, fir or pine, may be limited to a three year warranty. Please consult with your sales representative for more details.
